The high-protein diet: perfect before the holidays?
The high-protein slimming diet is based on a fairly strict protocol. By taking the latter into account, this method allows for rapid weight loss. However, it allows you to vary your meals and offers a number of advantages over certain classic cures:
- Feelings of hunger and tiredness are greatly reduced;
- The muscles are preserved and weight loss only takes place at the level of fat storage.
- Since proteins require more energy for the body to digest, some of the calories provided by food are actually used to digest food.
- The sachet system enables precise dosing. All you have to do is supplement your diet with certain foods that are tolerated with or without restrictions.
This method is based, on the one hand, on reducing the calories consumed during meals, but also on changing the nutritional composition of meals: if carbohydrates are not completely eliminated (because they are necessary for certain vital functions of the body), they are reduced very much, while proteins are much more present.
This type of diet is suitable for adults aged 18 to 65 without kidney problems (excluding pregnant women, of course).

The daily weight loss program
Day 1 to 5: Preliminary stage: detoxification treatment
As with most weight loss diets, it makes sense to do a detoxification regimen before the weight loss phase. This is even more true in the context of a protein-rich diet, which strongly mobilizes liver and organ functions. So take a few days to get your liver in top shape.
Since the days are numbered, we recommend express cures over 5 days, which are sufficient for this goal.
Day 6 to 15: Phase 1 of the slimming diet: Loss of 1.5 kg
The so-called active phase of the protein-rich diet is the phase in which you lose the most weight quickly. This phase lasts a few days until you have reached 50% of your loss target, in this case 1.5 kg.

Day 16 to 25: Phase 2: The mixed phase
In this phase you can achieve 80% of your weight loss goal, i.e. in our example you can lose a total of 2.4 kg. Certain foods are being reintroduced and gradually replacing the bags.
As for the duration, weight loss also slows down. In the same duration as in phase 1, you will lose less weight. However, this step is very important and you should not skip it.
Day 26 to 35: Phase 3: the consolidation phase
This phase lasts until you reach your goal. Usually the duration of this phase depends on the previous phases and must be at least equal to: (duration of phase 1 + duration of phase 2) / 2, or in our case 10+10/2 = 10 days. Here the sachets have almost disappeared from your diet.
Day 36 to 50: Stabilization
The final step, this no-bag phase, aims to maintain your weight as much as possible. Of course, in our case, it is likely that the end-of-year holidays have a reason for this desire to maintain weight.
